The construction materials of the main constructions consist mainly of aluminum profiles, which are reinforced with galvanized steel at the joints with additional links.
Fillers consist of materials that provide thermal insulation and a vapor barrier. PURENIT, NEOPOR, ALU foil and poplar plywood are applied in layers.
The composition of both is called the subframe, the basic structure or the skeleton of the building. All elements are made of quality, durable and lightweight materials. Individual parts of the system are dimensioned so that they can be manually carried and installed (2-3 people).

You will receive a package with all the elements and tools you'll need for assembling an underframe kit. Purchased underframe will guarantee stable, strong, and isolative core ready to apply finishes.

You can use different foundation types, from ground screws, point foundations, strip foundations, foundation slab/base plate, or a hardened and leveled plane is sufficient.
We provide all the tools you will need to assemble the building. All Pick & Build elements are interchangeable. Feel free to change the design anytime. It has the characteristics of a real low-energy house, due to good insulation and perfect details, it can be used all year round, even for extreme conditions. Smaller buildings (around 30m2) can be assembled in 2 days. The system is prepared in a way that can be assembled with 3-4 people (friends) by the attached instructions.
