system

The PICK & BUILD system consists of two main sets of elements, a solid statically stable construction and thermal insulating fillers. Assembly of those we call underframe, the skeleton of simply building core. All elements are made of quality, durable and lightweight materials. Individual parts of the system are dimensioned so that they can be carried and installed manually (2-3 people).

CONSTRUCTION

The construction materials of the main constructions consist mainly of aluminum profiles, which are reinforced with galvanized steel at the joints with additional links.

Additional elements:

A gable roof is an "upgrade". This means that a flat-roofed building can also be later converted to a gable roof building by adding a steel link for a gable roof, and vice versa. In this case, the elements are only added or subtracted and are not changed or replaced.

FILLERS

Fillers consist of materials that provide thermal insulation and a vapor barrier. PURENIT, NEOPOR, ALU foil and plywood are applied in layers. This allows them to be easily inserted and screwed onto the construction with metric threads.

COORDINATE SYSTEM AND WAYS OF ASSEMBLING

In addition to the two basic forms of underframes, assembly can be made in a single axis (Z axis) and as well allows parallel compiling. This is the assembly in the second X-axis.
The system can therefore be assembled in series in the Z axis and in parallel in the X axis. Also a combination of both in the Z and X axes.

Tools

The basic system assembly tool is included in the package. Includes wrench and rubber mallet for minor adjustments when assembling aluminum profiles on metal fasteners.
